At YZZULY, we are committed to providing high-quality women’s dresses and ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please follow the policy below to request a return or refund.
1. Return Window
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order (based on the delivery confirmation date).
- Orders placed beyond the 7-day window are generally not eligible for return or refund.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- The item must retain all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories.
- The item must show no signs of use, stains, odors, or damage.
- You must provide your complete order number and proof of purchase (order screenshot or confirmation email).
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:
- Items returned after the 7-day window.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show visible signs of use.
- Personal reasons (e.g., size or style preference) when the item is free of quality issues and returned after 7 days.
- Sale, clearance, custom-made, or limited-edition items (clearly marked at checkout).
- Items with missing tags, damaged packaging due to customer handling.
- Minor transit-related creases that do not affect wearability (if beyond the 7-day window).
4. Refund Process
- Contact us first via email at info@yzzuly.shop, providing your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item (especially any issue areas).
- Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method and keep the tracking number.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item (and confirm it meets our return conditions), we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Shipping Costs

Quality issues (defective items or significantly different from description): We will cover the return shipping cost.

Non-quality issues (change of mind, size/style preference): Return shipping is at your expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchange Policy
- We currently support exchanges for the same style in a different size (subject to stock availability).
- Please follow the return process above. Once approved, we will ship the replacement item.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order, and it must be requested within the 7-day window.
